ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom check his weight according to his birth weight which tend to triple by one year of age and then on yearly they gain about 2 to 4 kgs . You can give her foods such as dry fruits and nuts , lentils and legumes, eggs , cereals and millets, fresh seasonal fruits vegetables etc
