RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl6 months agoA. Fever usually should not last for more than 72 hours in any case if it is there for more than 72 hours that means it’s another kind of a fever maybe typhoid viral it could be anything so continue with the medicine as suggested by your doctor
