My son is 20 months old .till 11 months his skin was good then suddenly he got so many boils like on full body I hve done deworming,so many medications according to Doctors but no use.still he get boils on leg,hands nd face.wht to do

That would be the best and safest option for your baby. As doctors know exactly our baby body condition and can treat it right and immediately.
