My son is 2 yrs old.He is not speaking more than 3 or 4 words.Should i worry abt this and consult a doctor?Can someone help me

If your child is making certain words but understanding and responding well to everything then there is no problem at all just try to communicate more with your child get some educational stuff like Board books flashcards play with those toys with your child and make sure to spend more of quality time with your child and no screen time please
