Q.
my son is 2 yrs old, he have good physical activity, he look at others and learn things like doing pooja or how to use broom, how to switch on bike and all, but he don't respond to his name untill otherwise he needs something, and make eye contact only when entertain

does he communicate well with eye contact.
if not better to consult paediatrician, speech therapist.
encourage speaking, do not overcorrect his words, tell stories, regular conversations, asking leading questions, songs with hand gestures will help..
