My son is 2 yrs 8 months , his weight is 14 kg , In day time he is fine but night he is coughing , kindly advice some solution n for weight gane too

A. Hello mom avoid much of cold foods for him and give some soup or warm Milk preferably Turmeric milk would be good with a small pinch of black pepper , Keep a mix of ginger or honey and pepper with you .. also keep his head a little elevated while he is sleeping .
