my son is 2 years old, which protien powder can be given ..it should be light which can be digested easily

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. don't give any protein powder or any energy drink and just add dry fruit and nut powder to the milk and the you can give the milk to the baby directly.

They are all well known brands. But must read reviews and check ratings before making any purchases
