my son is 2 years old, but now he is speaking only single words, he is good at eye contact, pointing finger, response to the name, playing with other childrens, he is very attached to all the family members, he is perfect in all other activities, but only thing is when he see some new toys or something he get excited and he hold his body tight and he shivers, and flap his hands, we consulted the doctor and doctor says child is good at eye contact and all. all children will have one or the other symptoms till 4 years, so we will wait for some more days...
