My son is 2 years old and his heamoglobin is 6 what iron supplements or syrups to be given .

A. Less hemoglobin means its time for you to meet your pediatrician and get all the necessary medicines and supplements prescribed by your doctor and give that to your baby to bring the hemoglobin back to normal.

A. baby needs investigations for so less hemoglobin Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required
