my son is 2 years and 9 month old. he is only for for pee 2 -3 times in a day and color of urine is yellow. what should I do?

A. the baby is more than two years of age and if baby is passing yellow colour urine and the frequency is also less baby is having dehydration if at you adequate water coconut water buttermilk fruit juices to avoid dehydration
