Q.

My son is 2 years and 4 months old but don't speak, except few words like 'Papa, Kaka,Daata, etc.' He understands our commands but don't speak. Even from past 1 month TV and mobile watching is absolutely banned. What should I do?

A. if your child is able to understand and follow all the commands given and is able to you hear what you are saying with proper eye contact thcen do not worry much about the language skills of the child because speech will gradually come. try to avoidc tv mobile laptop like screen time and spend more time with the child talking with the child as well as if more people are available to talk with the child and this will also improve the social and language milestones of the child.

A. Hi. Talk more to your baby. Ask a lot of questions to baby and wait to her a response. Encourage baby to give an answer. If baby tries to speak, wait listen and ask questions. Keep talking to baby and answer to all the babbles. Tell your nay everything you do like I'm taking you to park I'm changing your diaper every little thing trybto explain to your baby and baby. Just keep talking and respond to everything your baby babbles or speaks
