Q.
my son is 2 years and 3 months but he speaks very less what should I do for him I am blank right now .. I have send him to play school for improvement its just two days I am worried about him should I continue sending him or not .. what should I do for his speaking skills.

Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration
Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly
