Q.

my son is 2 years 9 months old. he normally eats solid food.. what i m worried about is he does not chew veggies,small chunks of non veg. he spit out veggies and non veg chunks if it comes in his mouth.. i tried to give him fruits but does not have even fruits also.. but when i give him popcorn,makhana,bhejya,chocolate, he chew all these things.. now i m worried how to make him chew veggies,fruits,etc.. i think somewhere i have done wrong in not making him chew veggies,etc. Please do advice what to do. how to train him??

A. that is only a habit of the child so you have to teach the child again and again and you also have to demonstrate again and again then only the child will learn and no need to worry at this age will gradually improve
