please do the following things:
offer food in small portion
don't force feed or overfeed your child.
prefer to offer only homemade healthy food
avoid giving bakery food items.
include natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc in your child diet.
you can give two or three mint leaves with pinch of salt and few drops of lemon and ginger juice daily in morning.
encourage your child to do more physical activities
don't allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially at meal time.
