Q.

My son is 2 Years 3 months old. He has a very good grasp over rhymes and songs. He learns even difficult lyrics and tunes of old hindi songs but is unable to express his hunger, thirst, potty etc through words. He can say A to Z and can count 1 to 10 but unable to recognise Mamma and Papa. He maintains good eye contact with us and responds to name but unable to point at things when asked about them. He plays with other children but mostly he lays on the floor and sing songs and rhymes. Is it sign of early autism? what should we do?
