Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. continue paracetamol for 2 month days Fever in the baby is because of the response of the body to any foreign infection there will be rise of temperature to fight against the infection treat the baby with paracetamol only if the temperature is more than hundred degrees Fahrenheit
