Q.

my son is 2 year old but still he speaks only few 2 letter words and if I ask him to speak he says first letter of objects what is the reason for speech delay

A. a baby will start Sitting with support by 6 months of age and by 7 to 8 months baby will sit without support than by 9 months usually baby crawls and in 10 months baby will stand with support. After 12 to 15 months baby will start Walking independently and sometimes it may take even longer but in no case any Walker should be avoided as it can cause recurrent fall injury and delay in the walking because the child lacks confidenche of walking indepvgendently.

A. hi it's okay now a days,it is normal it happens because of early screen exposure so please keep your child away from screens like tv mobile iPad etc keep conversing with your child more but don't force your child
