Q.

My son is 2 year old and he always get infected early to flu and he sweats lot then ususal. May I know the reasons and how to improve his immunity.

A. Monsoon season comes with different kind of challenges for the children they need some special care because the climatic changes can cause some illnesses specially infective diseasefs so special care is required to maintain a proper hygiene and to build a good immunity for the children specially vaccination eg help A typhogid flu vaccine is important which can prevent perticular disease .

A. Hi mommy Give well balanced nutritious food including fat carbohydrates protein Maintain hydration No need to worry Give three meal and two snacks
