For healthy weight gain, you should give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. You can give eggs and non veg foods, pulses and legumes. Add dry fruits like almonds, walnuts, raisins, dates to baby’s diet.
You can give milk in the form of recipes like curd, paneer, cheese. You can add powdered nuts to the milk to enhance the taste. You can give fruit smoothies or milk shakes.
