Q.

My son is 2 year 5 month old. He was playing with his stuff and I think there was a coin in it. But at the same time he is not having any symptoms as such. Is there any particular time to see such symptoms. If yes what such symptoms may be??

A. "Eighty to 90 percent of the time, coins pass unobstructed," says Dr "They usually pass in less than four to five days, often within 48 hours." In these cases, you should still consult with your child's doctor or after-hours line immediately.
