my son is 2 months old and he has white spots on the private part....what is the cause...and please give the solution...

Maybe it’s fungal infection you can apply candidate testing powder or candidate be ointment that is going to be good for you to use because these things are usually associated with fungal infection dryness and sometimes skin related problem and calcium deficiency so you can opt for fungal infection or dryness as of now
