my son Is 2 months old and dont poop daily .He is in formula feed mostly as breast milk not sufficient for him . he seems suffering from abdominal issue . please suggest some remedies. he is bit cranky and fussy from 2 days after vaccination and didnt poop since 2 days

Constipation in Babies less than 1 year is very common and more in formula fed babies and also when initially the semi solid food has been started after 6 months . you can give bonnisan drops and some enzymgye preparations in proper dose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age . Medicdations are required but it should be given only in medical supervision .
