#AskTheExpert How do i know my daily breast milk is sufficient for my baby . She is not drinking formula milk . She is having only breast milk .

A. Hi,If baby is active healthy otherwise, not cranky, pee count is 7-8 times a day, gaining proper weight means he is getting enough milk. There are many good brands like nan, lactogen, similac etc. Consult your pediatrician to know which formula milk suits your baby and fulfills the requirements.
