Q.
My son is 2 months 11 days old and he is my first child. I am unable to feed him because my milk quantity is less and my son is not habitual of my milk also. I am giving him fomula milk since he is born. I want to feed him but he always cry whenever I try. Please suggest how can I shift him to mother feed and how can I produce more milk?

ExpertKanika AroraNutritionist4 years agoA. hello dear the more you breastfeed the more will be the milk production sit in a proper position to breastfeed the baby and latch the baby well as a breastfeeding mother have lots of fluid and fibre include milk daliya with dry fruits have jaggery jeera and dry fruit laddu with milk for good milk production
