Q.

My son is 2& half year old. what kind of things should I include in his diet to make it more healthy and help him grow better. Also so that his bone and muscle mass increase well.

A. hi mom for appropriate growth give good proteins like dals eggs chicken paneer soya curds tofu add nuts powder in milk mix vegetables dal khichdi paneer parathas egg or chicken or paneer rice
