Q.

my son is 2.5 yrs old. His height is 86cm & weight 11.4kg. All the kids his age are taller then him. Is his growth normal?

A. Hello mom firstly note kare ki har individual alag hai , aur height to a very large extent depend hai family genes par, aur range se thoda varaiation acceptable . saath mein protein intake par dhayan de, so eggs, dry fruits & nuts , different type of dals, also millets, soya, milk, panner etc.

Hi mommy Variations in height is absolutely normal As it’s also depends on parents genes and biological factors Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables Do climbing and cycling Every child is unique and has unique pattern of development what’s more important that your baby is active and gaining all milestones
