Hello mom firstly note kare ki har individual alag hai , aur height to a very large extent depend hai family genes par, aur range se thoda varaiation acceptable . saath mein protein intake par dhayan de, so eggs, dry fruits & nuts , different type of dals, also millets, soya, milk, panner etc.

Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables
Do climbing and cycling
