my son is 2.5 years old not having food properly and not gaining weight

See you are mentioning yourself only your child is not eating well which is why your child is not gaining weight you have to make sure that your child learns to eat each and everything whatever is given to the child in the plate and try to give more of liquids right now seems like your child could be having its teeth or premolars
