Q.

My son is 2.5 years old. Hemoglobin is 7.5. What should we do for this I mean which food is best to increase hemoglobin

A. I think u should add more veggies n fruits milk in baby diet n do extra activities

And I an iron supplement is definitely most important thing that you have to start with for the child because that’s going to help the most along with that I’m going to recommend you to give pomegranate and beetroot spinach and broccoli to the child on an every day basis apart from that you should definitely consult a nutrition expert as well o
