Q.

My son is 2.5 years old..he has less appetite from starting... Since his 8month I'm giving him soaked dry fruits like 2munnka, 2mamra almond & 1walnut.... Someone said me to stopp all these for increasing his appetite... Plz suggest should i stop dry fruits or continue

A. Dry Fruits are one of the best thing that you can give to the child it does not affect anybody is appetite neither it is going to increase the appetite not it is going to reduce the appetite so don’t worry about that I think your child is low on haemoglobin which is why this is happening consult your paediatrician and if required start with iron supplement for the
