my son is 2.5 year old and his speech is still developing..what is the right age for him to start speaking fluently

If this feature is still developing that means there is no delay in the speech of the child a speech can develop properly by the age of 3 to 5 years currently if your child is speaking well a little bit here and there but understanding every thing properly and there is no problem and no delay in that
