Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much.  many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application like BabyHug coconut oil.  they will persist for few weeks and then will go away if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in size and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluatixon.  some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection (sometimes self limiting) also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.
