The ingredients are really not safe for kids. it has lots of sugars and additives. This leads to obesity, diabetes, poor concentration, inactive.. Try providing home made malts using ragi which is a superfood. Or use homemade dry fruits powder, badam powders, turmeric milk or just plain milk.
Nothing is possible with kids in a single day. Remember consistency is the key so allow the kid to take time and they adapts it to a habit.

It has a lot of sugar into it any of these powder that you basically get from the market I have a lot of sugar into it treat the ingredients you’ll understand still if you feel it’s healthy then there is no problem giving it to the child otherwise I would recommend you to make a fresh dry fruit powder at home and store it and use that
