Q.
my son is 2.11 years old. he is suffering from typhoid. Dr. said that is minor, but his HB is low and he is not eating properly. what should I give him to gain weight and RBC

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom as he is unwell hence he isn’t able to eat much and their is loss of appetite, you can check with the doctor for iron supplements. You can give the child raisin, apricots , dates etc , also millets , legumes like chana , rajma , green leafy vegetables, eggs if he is able to digest , fish , organ meats like liver
