My son is 2.10yr old and complains of leg pain since 4-5 days on tht early morning (4am or 5am) what could be d reason

A. there are multiple causes of limb pain during this age because it can be normal due to growth pain. it can also occur due to nutritional deficienzcy mainly vitamin d, vitamin b12 iron and calcium deficiency. if there is excessive playful activity by the child during the daytime it is but obvious that during the night time there might be zlimb pain. if the limbs are paining without any activity then yes medical examination and treatment will be required
