my son is 2.1 yrs old..he is still not speaking words. He is also eating powder and wall cement. pls suggest

Hello mom please consult the speech therapist for it the earlier you do the better it would be . also stimulation at home helps such as reading for him, singing so that he can try to sing along , engage in a coverstation , if possible get him to play with his peers
