Q.

My son is 2&1/2 month his tummy is getting full with the breastfeeding,please advise can we give tone milk or cow milk to the baby as an extra meal.

A. No. Cow's milk should only be given after 9 to 12 months of age. Before that, foods such as meat, meat alternatives and iron-fortified cereals should first be introduced to provide the infant the iron it needs for growth and to avoid any onset of anemia.
