Q.
Now my baby is 5 month 15 days old. Can I start giving her smoothies? Can we give her supplementary milk now? Her tummy is not getting full due to breastfeeding?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist6 months agoA. Namaste Mom Now yes weaning foods can be introduced to them, but it would be good if you initially.start with liquid foods , and gradually progress to semi solids , animal milk can be introduced from age of 1 onwards
