My son is 1yrae 4 month old he getting blood in nose.. not continuously but lit bit…

Some Times there is a possibility that there is something stuck into the nose and the child tries to take it out or pull is it too hard it can bleed and sometimes due to heat in the body but since the winter is too much on the peak I don’t think so it could be because of the heat it must be due to some problem in the nose only
