There is no problem unless the baby is active and eating properly. Generally the weight is triple of birth weight by 1 year or 10 kgs.
If the baby is active, add extra energy to his meals keeping the food quantity same. This can be done by adding powdered nuts and oilseeds.
Deworming the baby can also help if he s eating normal but unable to gain weight.
