Q.

My son is 1year 9months now he can't speak but he understands most of our communication. is this ok or we need to take any action.

A. child is not speaking and if child having another milestone proper nothing to worry but still it would be better if you you ask your doctor regarding this doctor will guide you properly and then accordingly you can decide for the management for this thanks
