Q.

My son is 1year 14 months old now..whenever he asks chocolate I give him raisins instead of chocolates..he eats 10 to 15 raisins a day..I'm confused whether it is overdose or normal..or should I stop giving that much amount??

A. Hello ma’am I feel 15 raisens are too much to be given so I would advise you to reduce down the number to 10 or five Because normally it is recommended not to give too much of dry fruit also because the over eating of anything can be of some issue so make it five or 10 not much on an everyday basis
