my son is 19 months old and i need to know how many meals and how much quantity of food he required

A. You can give three meals a day with two snacks, one in the mid-morning and another in the evening along with milk not exceeding 500ml per day. There should be a minimum of two hours gap between any two feedings. Otherwise the child may be overfed. Every child's appetite is different. So feed ur child according to his appetite and increase the amount gradually.
