Q.
My son is 19 months bt he speak only mumma and papa his hearing is good and he active and notice each things bt when we say to him any thing like Pani dudhu he don't speak he just hold my hand and fullfill his demand .

That means there is no flow in understanding of the child that’s very very good but sometimes the speech can be a little delayed in this case I would recommend you to interact more and more with your child and instead of saying that don’t point finger say that I want milk or something try to encourage your child with thatWrite Your Answer Here
