My son is 18months old.his weight is 8.5kgs looks very thin.his head looks large than face..what to do?is their any vitamin deficiency

A. weight is less as per his age.. give him protein rich food, with all family, fruits and vegetables. genrally infant do have big head as proportion to body, do consult with paediatrician to check head circumference once.
