for better and long hair growth , oiling is important
so I advise to give head massage with pure coconut oil everyday.
it improves blood circulation and promote Healthy hair growth.
use mild shampoo like Babyhug shampoo which provides better nourishment to scalps.
give Healthy diet , especially fruits like apple, pomegranate, Amala, strawberry etc more which are rich in antioxidants.
