my son is 18 month old.. kl rat 3 baje se achanak fever aa gaya 101degree calaol 5ml di to afer half an hour fever utar gaya but subah 6 baje fir se aa gaya aur tab 103.4 tha.. Sunday hone ki vajah se fr b available nh h.. fever kam ho jata h calpol dene k bad lekin fir aa jata h.. pls suggest kya karna chahiye..
