A. if the baby is 18 days old baby is vomiting out you can give domstal baby drop the baby and also you should give proper burping after every feeding to the baby which is very important

A. After Milk if you give any medicine to Daya child and your child will end up vomiting immediately or doctor must have advised you to give it before you start feeling because that’s the right time to give medicine to the child is otherwise your child will immediately vomit after having a medicine
