Hlo Dr......My son s 2 yrs old ...he s having vomiting since yesterday....3 episodes....from yesterday he s not eating ......yesterday he had some amount of rotten milk......from then he started having symptoms......I gave him Domstal syrup .... he s not having any other symptoms....do I need to give any antacids or antibiotics for treatment....

U Please get a check with your paediatrician maybe your child is having indigestion which is vomiting is happening or could be acidity and bloating as well so in this case it is important for you to consult a doctor and instead of giving any food try to focus on more of liquid that and that instead of milk or go for ORS water coconut water or butter milk
