Q.

My son is 173 days I am breast feed mother at now I have low sufficient milk plz suggest milk powder for my baby he is 8 kg

A. as there is low milk supply you can take lactation supplement as lactare or mother sparsh vardaan or shavatri powder.. take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds jeera sabudana dalia oats ragi as to increase milk.. you can give formula milk as lactogen similac nan pro..
