Q.

my son is 17 months old and today at morning time he did vomiting two times.What are the food I should give him in a day and what are the precaution I should follow? Please suggest.

A. Hi parent it is happened due to indigestion or due weather changes or due to stomach infection please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc please keep your child well hydrated with more liquid diet like fresh curd buttermilk lassi etc
